As a Software Engineering Intern in our Connectivity and Sensors group you will provide integration support for our wireless connectivity silicon. You will work closely with Qorvo’s global engineering teams and Qorvo’s customers. You create reference applications and benchmark different SW solutions in terms of performance, energy consumption, code size, etc.. Your focus will be on the embedded software. You have the ability and influence power to make product specific changes to the Qorvo IoT SW and drive these from concept phase through release to a customer.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing BS, MS, PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Competent in embedded C/C++ programming
  • Knowledgeable on MCU and SoC architecture and associated peripherals/interfaces
  • Experience with wireless standards like Zigbee Bluetooth Low Energy, Thread, Matter is an asset
  • Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Self-Starter with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
