This Design Engineering Internships is within the low-power systems design group designing ZigBee and BLE SoCs




  • Producing and implementing designs to meet customer specifications for:
    • Sensor circuits like ADCs, comparators, temperature measurement, voice detection
    • TX and RX circuitry like LNA, mixers IF-strips, PAs.
    • Power management circuitry like: LDOs, DCDC convertors, references
  • Comparing different topologies on performance, size, cost, footprint, and schedule
  • Partnering with technicians to perform circuit simulations and testing as needed
  • Working with Cadence design software


  • Currently pursuing a MS, PhD in Electrical Engineering
  • RF circuit design course work and/or experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Software Exposure:  Cadence
  • Self-propelling with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective organization skills for systematic planning and scheduling
  • Detail oriented to ensure design and delivery of high yielding products
