About the Role
As an intern supporting University Relations, you will work closely with the University Relations Program Manager to support the execution of Early Career program recruiting events as well as the Summer Intern program. Responsibilities include:
- Researching and coordinating campus events
- Planning and executing Internship Program events and networking opportunities
- Compiling Intern and Hiring Manager insights on the recruitment process and Intern Program and recommending opportunities for improvement
- Ordering and Distributing SWAG and materials for both Career Fairs and the Intern Program
What You Will Need
- You must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program to be eligible for an internship
- Degree concentration in Human Resources, Business Administration, or closely related strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree candidates must have completed a minimum of 60 credit hours by the start of the internship
- 3.0 minimum overall GPA
- You must also possess the following qualities:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to listen, gather information
- Excellent follow-up skills and attention to detail
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
