Embedded Development Intern (Ui/UX)

Qorvo’s Internship Program is designed for college students currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD program. Qorvo offers real work experience, exposure to upper management, and the opportunity to pursue full-time opportunities, as available.

Responsibilities may include:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and refine user experiences.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma.
• Facilitate co-creation workshops to align teams on a common vision.
• Create and implement UX tools like personas, user journey maps, and workflow diagrams.
• Work closely with developers to ensure smooth design handoff.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in design tools like Figma (Adobe XD is a plus).
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles including wireframing, prototyping, and user research.
• Experience in facilitating workshops and co-creating with stakeholders.
• Ability to empathize with users and involve them in the design process.
• Strong organizational skills: ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Adaptability and creativity in solving complex problems.
• Eagerness to work on technically driven projects in an innovative environment.
