Summary:
We are seeking a talented, hands-on, internal customer-focused HR professional with a passion for delivering exceptional HR support, guidance, and partnership. Supporting leaders and employees across several European countries, you will serve as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships and providing practical HR solutions that enhance the employee experience and support business performance.
In this role, you will partner with managers, HR Business Partners, and Centers of Excellence to execute HR programs and initiatives across employee relations, performance management, talent development, onboarding, offboarding, organizational change, policy implementation and employment law compliance. You will also act as a change agent for Qorvo's people strategies, coaching leaders and supporting the development of high-performing teams.
We are seeking a flexible HR professional who can navigate complex employee and business challenges while maintaining strong attention to detail and delivering high-quality execution. As a member of the HR Field Team, this role serves on the HR front lines in support of the business and reports to the Regional HR Leader.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the broader EMEA HR team, HR Operations, and Centers of Excellence to deliver consistent HR support and execute key people initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers through coaching and guidance on performance management, employee development, workforce planning, organizational change and employee relations matters.
- Partner with managers, employees, works councils, employee representatives, and legal counsel to address employee relations matters, performance concerns, disciplinary processes, grievances, restructurings, and other complex employment issues, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and consistent, fair outcomes.
- Drive the implementation and execution of annual HR programs and processes, including performance management, compensation planning, engagement surveys, talent reviews and training initiatives.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to support recruiting efforts, workforce planning, offer evaluations, onboarding, and future talent pipeline needs, including university recruiting programs where applicable.
- Support employee engagement, retention, and change management initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and the employee experience.
- Maintain compliance with local employment laws, regulations, company policies, GDPR requirements, local government reporting/ audits and works council obligations where applicable.
- Support the planning and coordination of employee engagement activities and site events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Master's degree from an accredited university strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field will be considered with significant relevant experience. PHR/SPHR (or equivalent) certification preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of related experience (preferably in HR Generalist role)
- Previous experience in a global, fast-paced organization required.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR practices, with demonstrated ability to apply sound judgment in complex and sensitive situations.
- Knowledge and experience supporting employees in France and working with French CSE is required; experience supporting additional EMEA countries is preferred.
- Broad-based experience advising leaders and employees on complex HR issues and organizational challenges.
- Strong consultative coaching, influencing, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build credibility and partner effectively with leaders, including senior level stakeholders.
- Professional fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations independently.
- Experience with HR systems and processes; SuccessFactors experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume team environment while handling sensitive and confidential information.
