Sr. Manager, Design Characterization

Responsibilities:

• Deliver timely and high-quality design characterization data for highly integrated state-of-the-art RF modules.
• Maintain a reliable laboratory request system to fulfill requests from the design team.
• Recruit and develop a team of technicians and engineers to develop test plans, perform tests, analyze data, and maintain laboratory infrastructure.
• Develop and implement a roadmap for laboratory capacity and capability to support future product development.

Qualifications:

• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills in a technical laboratory environment.
• BSEE required, prefer MSEE.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 7+ years of engineering or engineering management experience in RF and microwave measurements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in RF characterization equipment and metrology, especially related to mobile communications.
• Knowledgeable in test automation and data analysis.
