As a Solution Manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the successful definition and delivery of complex solutions for CSBU focusing on BLE/Thread/Matter and UWB markets.

Those solutions are made of a mix of HW components (IC, reference platforms, etc…), software (firmware, applications, tools, etc…) and collaterals for market and customer enablement (white papers, documentation etc…) ensuring seamless integration, and driving strategic initiatives through effective solution roadmap management. This position requires a blend of technical acumen, UWB and/or BLE/Matter deep understanding, a product-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.

The candidate will be responsible for one (or several) UWB or BLE/Matter solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Roadmap Development and Management:
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and maintain a comprehensive short and long term solution(s) roadmap(s)
   • Define key milestones, deliverables, and dependencies for all the solution components (hardware, software, tools, collaterals)
   • Prioritize initiatives based on strategic goals, customer needs, and business priorities
2. Strategic Planning:
   • Work closely with demand creation and marketing to understand the marketing ask
   • Work closely with software product managers, program managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to align the roadmap with overall business objectives
   • Translate high-level strategies into actionable plans, ensuring a clear path toward solution delivery
3. Stakeholder Engagement:
   • Present the roadmap, highlighting key milestones and expected outcomes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, etc.)
• Proven experience as a Solution Manager, Product Manager, or similar role
• Strong understanding of software and hardware development lifecycles
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
