The Test Operations Excellence Organization have full supervision on:

All OSATs in APAC providing Probe, Final Test and Tape-&-Reel Services to Qorvo and

• Ensuring Customers Delivery Commitments and Qorvo Revenue Attainment
• Meeting all Operational KPIs
• Meeting Quality Standards
• Supporting Customers’ Requirements

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

• Work with QI Sourcing, Quality, Engineering  & Planning to drive OSAT on
• all production delivery commitments to customers
• Monthly LE and Quarterly Revenue attainment
• Partner with Engineering team to evaluate and qualify OSAT Technology (NTI) for Qorvo New Product Introduction (NPI) as business continuity and future growth
• Engage OSAT to get prepared and validate to ensure smooth transition from NPI to THVM readiness for Key Programs
• Manage OSATs and drive Performance Metrics
• OTD, CT
• Probe, Test & TnR  Yield
• OEE
• Track Utilization % of Qorvo consigned assets
• Engage with OSATs on Continuous Improvement Projects (TCPII) and be the liaison between Qorvo (QI / GATE / BU) & OSAT on key projects (POR/POA) success
• Manage & ensure that OSATs comply with all Qorvo standards and commitments

Requirements:

• Bachelors of Engineering or equivalent with at least 20 or more years of experience in similar capacity
• Has at least 5 years of experience on managing operations in various Asia Pacific countries such as Malaysia, China, Korea and etc. 
• Has at least 5 years of experience on handling Infrastructure and Defense Products and Mobile Products processes
• Has at least 15 years of engineering experience & familiar with Probe, Test Tape & Reel processes
