Silicon Technology Integration Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Engineer will work in a team developing next generation semiconductor technologies with our partner silicon foundries as well as advvanced packaging OSATs, targetted towards QORVO wireless mobile applications in RF Front Ends, power management and antenna control products..

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor device physics and silicon process technology
  • Knowledge of advanced silicon processes for RF applications (RF CMOS, RFSOI, and SiGe BiCMOS)  
  • Semiconductor device characterization for both low frequency and RF applications:  test structure design, test program development, data analysis
  • Design and layout using Cadence Virtuoso
  • Data analysis using JMP or other data analysis tools
  • PHD in Electrical Engineering or Physics required, preference to specialization in semiconductor device physics.  
  • Recent college graduates or engineers with at least 5 years of related experience are encouraged to apply.
