Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide customers from project inception to mass production, on how to implement Qorvo's IoT solutions. Your goals are new design wins and reducing time-to-market for customer projects
  • Manage and prioritize your Customer Success team's workload, reporting into the global Customer Success senior manager
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customers to align support activities with project requirements

Your Impact:

  • Team Development: Ensure your team is working on the highest priorities, provide coaching on technical aspects as well as soft skills and support them in their career path in Qorvo
  • Technical Expertise: Develop proof-of-concepts and demonstrators using Qorvo products, leveraging your knowledge of Ultra-wideband, Matter, Thread, Zigbee, and Bluetooth protocols.
  • Software Support: Plan and execute software integration, debug customer issues, and develop new application features. Guide your team on the best ways to implement the customer requested features
  • Product Enhancement: Collaborate with engineering teams and provide feedback on how to improve our development kits.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experienced software developer proficient in C programming, bare-metal, and Embedded Linux
  • Strong communicator with a track record in technical customer-focused roles
  • Experience in semiconductor application support is highly valued
  • Proven experience in people management, including planning deliverables and guiding team performance
  • Familiarity with IoT protocols such as Ultra-wideband, Matter, Thread, Zigbee, or Bluetooth is an asset
