Job Responsibilities:

1. Support Qorvo PWR product line, focusing on PMIC, Motor Control,  Battery Management System (BMS) and module products engineering development.
2. Customer/FAE/Sales request for PCB layout and schematics review
3. Customized EVK design to solve application issues, from design stage to mass production
4. Work in lab to tune customer’s boards and evaluation boards to meet customer specifications
5. Summary applications notes and debugging experience for troubleshooting.
6. Make some total solutions or reference design with AE or IDH.

Qualifications:

1. >10 years’ experience in hardware especially power supplies design and components selection. knew the topology of Buck/Boost/Flyback for DCDC converter.

2. >3 years’ experience with good working knowledge of battery management such as active or passive cell balancing, BLDC motor control and power management.

3. >5 years’ experience in sample making for analog and digital mixed signal channels PKnew basic EMI debug and PCB layout skills and killed at problem solving and debugging.

4. >5 years’ Working knowledge of MCUs including 8/16bits MCU, M0 or M4 ARM core etc.   Or analog-digital mixed power controller, digital controller, DSP knowhow.

5. Good team player with open mind and critical thinking, willing to take on challenges.

6. Good presentation skills, customer oriented, good technical writing ability, responsible for technical articles, application notes, product notes.

7. Master In EE, power electronics or motor control

Pre-requisite Skills:

1. English language skills for both writing and listening.
2. Good teamwork interpersonal skills.
