  • Leading design and simulation of various analog blocks, including bandgaps, op-amps, detectors, regulators, charge pumps and temperature sensors.
  •  Defining layout floorplans and working closely guiding layout designers
  •  IC bench evaluation and validation
  •  Supporting technical issues, design documentation and other design aspects
  •  Work with system and digital teams
  • Conducting peer reviews of designs, including expected and/or actual results
  • Writing regular updates on design/evaluation status
  • Committed engineer able to execute to an aggressive schedule



  • Bachelor's degree (minimum) with 8 years minimum experience, M.S. or Ph.D. (preferred) with 5 years minimum experience.
  • Demonstrable experience and knowledge in deep sub-micron CMOS or BiCMOS technologies. Experience with SOI process is a plus.
  • Comprehensive simulation skills in Cadence including PEX, Monte Carlo, and Corner analysis.
  • Detailed knowledge in standard analog cell design
  • Mixed signal and digital integration experience.
  • A thorough understanding of the physical layout requirements and ability to perform the critical layouts for various analog circuits.
  • Should have strong communication skills. Be able to collaborate with other teams to successfully bring up new products.
