Sr Engineer, Test Development

RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Design and integrate software and hardware to achieve automated DC and RF test solutions, in high volume test environment.
• Design and develop applications on various test platforms
• Responsible in test efficiency improvement including multi-site expansion, tester platform migrations and other test solution optimizations.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to support engineering test projects, design verification testing, customer return case, qualification testing
• Generate and maintain documents related to test systems, software designs and test development process
• Create test plans, procedures, and reports
• Support design verification testing
• Test program buyoff activities in lab & manufacturing sites

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering with 5 or more years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing and test product development.
• Software development and debug experience, plus to have experience on ATE Teradyne and Cohu platform
• Familiar with C/C++/Visual Basic VBA
• Experience in test equipment including RF sources, pulse generators, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, vector network analyzers, power meters, power supplies, and digital multi-meters
• Knowledgeable in RF Test including s-parameters, noise figure, power, pulsed power, TOI, and harmonics
• Have experience on schematic design and PCB layout
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite
• Statistical engineering data analysis and DOE skill set
• Strong working ownership with very well self-motivated and engineering attitude
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills
• Operate independently with minimal supervision
