Qorvo, located in Richardson Texas, is seeking a talented and motivated Reliability Test Technician who will be responsible for reliability qualification tests such as HTOL, HAST, TC and MSL. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and proficiency in preventive maintenance and calibrations of chambers and tools.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform reliability qualification stresses such as HTOL, HAST, TC and MSL.
  • Document and communicate test results and disposition material as instructed
  • Loading and unloading units for qualification testing
  • Tracking material and input data into quality database
  • Equipment upkeep
  • Perform calibration and PMs for temperature, electrical, and mechanical functions on various tools and stress chambers
  • Candidate must be detail orientated, able to execute procedures with precision and show proactive problem identification and solving skills

 

Education Requirement: Associates degree in Electronics or High-Tech industry

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience working in Semiconductor or High-Tech industry
  • Detailed oriented; follow procedures meticulously
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills
  • Good decision making and Problem-solving skills
  • Passion for Continuous Improvement
  • Effective communication skills (Written and Verbal)
  • Self-direction, work independently
  • Able to prioritize daily activities with minimal oversight
  • Word-processing (MS Word) and spreadsheet skills (EXCEL).
  • Knowledge of safe ESD handling IC Product (i.e. with Tweezers and Vacuum Pens)
  • Experience with reflow ovens, temperature and humidity chambers, and burn-in ovens
  • Familiarity with JEDEC IC stress standards
