 Responsibilities:

  • Flawless execution of administrative duties, with high attention to detail, exhibit diplomacy in working with the most senior executives in the Company     
  • Complex administrative management which includes arranging meetings & travel, sending and responding to in a timely manner, resolving conflicts, confirming appointments, heavy calendar management 
  •  Coordinate communications including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with internal and external partners taking full account of urgency and actions to be taken
  • Organize and coordinate complex projects, events, team meetings and activities, liaising with all parties involved and taking care of logistics – experience with lean systems and principles
  • Follow-up to action item, in absence of the general manager
  • Assisting multiple executives

 

Qualifications:

 

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management in a large sized organization
  • Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail, always striving for high quality and continuous improvement
  • Motivated, proactive and positive approach with can-do attitude
  • Self-starter and quick learner able to be on track with minimum of guidance 
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
  • Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
  • Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
