Senior Product Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in product design and product test meetings and discussions.
  • Routinely and effectively interface with product line program managers, design, senior management, customer quality, and operations.
  • New Product Introduction - Coordinate activities for manufacturing release according to scheduled milestones. Develop production tests to verify performance of new products.
  • Establish procedures as needed and work with Operations engineering to monitor and maximize product yield and quality in production.  Provide RF probe data analysis summaries as required of the MMICs used in assemblies.
  • Respond to customer concerns about performance, quality, and reliability.
  • Determine root causes of nonconforming product and take appropriate action in production line
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions to eliminate defects and nonconforming material.
  • Data analysis, process correlations, and statistical analysis as needed for data in multiple databases

 

Qualifications:

  • BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, with curriculum emphasis in RF or Microwave technology.
  • Able to multi-task and work within cross-functional groups.
  • Be accountable for follow-up with responsibilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skill techniques (written and verbal)
  • Writing for clear and concise specifications, reports, etc.
  • Proper engineering discipline required in a manufacturing environment
  • Work out of Richardson, TX site
  • Must be a US citizen, capable of obtaining a Secret clearance
