In this position, you will be part of a dynamic HRIS team that helps Qorvo leverage HR technologies and empowers Human Resource Professionals. We are looking for an SME for Employee Central who has experience with Talent Management and Compensation modules. You will apply your knowledge and understanding of HR systems to ensure data integrity, test system changes including new releases, participate in troubleshooting of interfaces and other system issues, maintain documentation, write reports, and analyze data flows and processes for potential improvements.

 

This hands-on technology driven position requires proven success in working with HRIS systems and leveraging HR technology and analytics to streamline efficiencies, improve business processes to support business decisions.

 

This is a hybrid role where the expectation is to be onsite multiple times per week in either our Richardson TX or Hillsboro OR office.

 

What You Will Do

Leveraging your background in HRIS, you will:

  • Serve as point of escalation for system issues and questions across all HR systems and modules
  • Research and recommend paths to resolution of basic HRIS issues
  • Document system design, processes, and procedures, which may include end-user documentation
  • Write and execute tests scripts, and organize/assign test scripts for other testers
  • Develop and participate in audit processes to ensure data integrity
  • Contribute to bi-annual new release testing and implementation of enhancements/upgrades
  • Write ad hoc reports while monitoring and ensuring existing reports are fully leveraged
  • Participate in system and process improvements from conception through realization
  • Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data
  • Perform basic system configuration tasks such as automated course assignments in the LMS; data preparation and loads under the direction of the HRIS manager; updates to instructional or system email text

 

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related discipline preferred
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SuccessFactors including Employee Central Core with Position Management
  • Experience building relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize work for maximum efficiency
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple ongoing projects and meet deadlines
  • Ability to independently research issues by searching and leveraging extensive vendor support documentation and training materials
  • Strong follow-through skills and strong sense of ownership.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with complete integrity.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and lean principles
  • Ability to quickly adapt to and embrace change, learn new systems and processes

Top Candidates Will Also Possess

  • Experience with SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance, and/or Compensation modules
  • Experience writing and executing test scripts across a range of HR functional areas
  • Exposure to interpreting business rules
  • Strong reporting and analytical mindset
  • Experience working across countries/regions in a large multi-national corporation
