Industrial Engineering team is seeking a talented Sr. Engineer. The ideal candidate chosen for this role will provide support related to Oracle PL/SQL ETL data warehouse management, capacity modeling, manufacturing metrics, reporting, and various continuous improvement projects. 



  • Support, maintain and trouble shoot Oracle data warehouse, and associated ETL, PL/SQL processes.  
  • Maintain factory capacity model.
  • Work as part of an industrial engineering team to support a high-volume semiconductor wafer fabrication facility and manage projects as needed.
  • Partner with process and equipment engineers and the manufacturing team, on projects related to capacity modeling and improvements to manufacturing work-area efficiency.
  • Analyze manufacturing data and create reports on key metrics.
  • Direct observation on the manufacturing floor to identify and drive continuous improvements in cycle time, constraints, efficiency, cost, etc.



  • BS or MS in Industrial Engineering with 5+ years experience



  • Familiarity with semiconductor wafer processing and/or knowledge of lean manufacturing principles are desirable
  • Experience with statistical and/or reporting tools such as Spotfire, or Tableau is desired
  • Must be highly proficient in Oracle PL/SQL
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Independently understand problems and drive optimal solutions
  • Detail-oriented
  • Curious and passionate about continuous improvements to established methods
