Corporate Site Services (CSS) scope is broad and includes maintaining Qorvo sites, offices, labs, and factories as well as onsite services and experiences that help Qorvo employees to stay safe, secure, and productive.  The Facilities Site Manager plays a critical role within the overall CSS scope

 

 

The Richardson CSS Facilities Site Manager is responsible for supporting the site team in their efforts to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective site infrastructure. The CSS Facilities Site Manager will accomplish this by managing and leveraging multiple key contractors for specialized tasks

 

 

The role reports directly to the Richardson Corporate Site Services Director

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee general building maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural repairs
  • Manage elevator maintenance schedules and service contracts
  • Supervise landscaping contractors to ensure grounds are well-maintained year-round
  • Coordinate pest control services to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
  • Supervise cleaning services to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across all areas
  • Manage cafeteria services, including vendor coordination and service quality
  • Oversee parking lot management including signage, maintenance, and space allocation
  • Lead space planning initiatives to optimize office layouts and utilization
  • Support efforts to select, negotiate, and manage contracts with external service providers
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with service level agreements
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of contracted services
  • Ensure all services comply with OSHA, environmental, and safety regulations
  • Conduct routine inspections and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Develop and manage budgets for site services, track expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Manage facilities infrastructure projects including expansion design, planning, and coordinating with stakeholders and supervising contractors
  • Prepare reports on facility performance, service metrics, and improvement plans

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or Engineering with 5+ years experience in facilities, engineering, or manufacturing
    • Additional years of relevant semiconductor manufacturing work experience may be considered in place of degree.
  • Should have at least 5 years of related experience in facilities operations and maintenance

  • Strong analytical skills and experience in 8D/root cause problem solving
  • Strong project management skills with ability to multi-task priorities
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience
  • Motivated, self-directed, and flexible working in a team/collaborative environment
  • Excellent communication skills to multiple levels of the organization
  • Leadership and influencing skills; drive strong and successful team development
  • Experience with CMMS and executing maintenance plans
  • Experience in Semiconductor facilities operations or similar manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of international building and fire code
