Summary: We are seeking Equipment Maintenance Technicians to join our team, responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and thrive in a team environment. We are hiring for entry-level to senior-level positions to support Cleans, CMP, and FAB Finish equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on fab equipment.
- Enhance system performance to meet process requirements and eliminate repetitive tool breakdowns.
- Monitor and analyze tool data, recommending and implementing improvements to maintenance procedures.
- Collaborate with engineers to design and execute equipment improvement projects.
- Communicate machine status clearly in daily pass-down meetings.
- Provide clear written communication to engineers and technicians on other shifts.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in electrical, mechanical, or chemical engineering, or equivalent military electronics training.
- A minimum of 1+ years of related experience.
- Strong mechanical and electronic skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability, project management skills, and knowledge of SPC in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to stand/walk for up to 12 hours per shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Capability to wear a respirator and other PPE for handling hazardous materials.
- Basic computer skills, proficiency in MS Office, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong work ethic with verifiable references.
- Willingness to work nights or days on a compressed workweek schedule.
- Preferred but not required: Experience with Applied Materials MIRRA, MEI/RENA Revolution & Evolution Toolsets, Superior Automation SA2000 & SA5000, Ontrak Scrubber DSS-200, SSEC/Veeco M3301 & M3303, Strausbaugh/Revasum 7AFHMG, DISCO Surface Planer, ASMPT Laser Dicer, DISCO Dicing Saw, SCREEN SU2000, Batch Spray Solvent & Batch Spray Acid Tools.
