SUMMARY:
Qorvo is looking for a Procurement Analyst Intern responsible for data collection, SAP data analysis and validation, data clean up and reports to improve data accuracy. Responsibilities include process documentation and coordination with global sites to provide corporate alignment to standardize business processes. Reviews recommendations with Procurement team and follows ups and executes as instructed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform SAP data validation and analysis with proper documentation and testing scripts
- Provide recommendations to improve data accuracy, monitoring, reporting and standardize business processes
- Execute SAP Vendor master data improvements and data clean up
- Create documentation to standardize business processes
- Interface with global teams to ensure procedures meet all our requirements and are accepted or aligned globally.
- Drive proactive communication on the status and alignment of initiatives within the team and to internal customers
- Create reporting solutions for team metrics
- Run reports, analyze, research and identify actions required to close gaps in performance
- Must have the ability to work and make decisions independently with minimal supervision.
- Engage in analytical discussion with other team members and internal customers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently enrolled in BA/BS degree in Supply Chain/Operations/Industrial Engineering/Business or related field of study
- Must be at least a rising Junior or Senior by the Summer
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- SAP experience preferred
- Microsoft Visio, Tableau experience preferred
- Self-Starter with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Resourceful with willingness to learn new applications and software with minimal guidance
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines
- Must have the ability to work and make decisions independently with minimal supervision.
- Must have a 3.0 GPA or higher
