PQE Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS Electrical Engineering or other related engineering field, MS or MBA preferred
• Minimum 3-5 year experience in Quality or Manufacturing.   Automotive Semiconductor experience is a plus
• Experience in using data mining software such as SPOTFIRE
• Exposure to Six Sigma and Lean Principals

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with different disciplines, groups, sites and execute Qualification and meet timelines and commitments
• Drive Product Qualification Plans based on the Technology, Product Function and Complexity
• Review parametric / test data using SPOTFIRE, JMP and similar software
• Knowledge of both Front and Backend manufacturing flow desirable
• Able to drive internal Teams for deliverables to start Qualification on time and drive towards first pass success
• Semiconductor Design and Test Knowledge
• Worked in Quality organization preferably in Product Quality
• Problem Solving, 8D, FMEA experience
• Knowledge of, but not limited to, PPAP, Safe Launch, RMA, PCN
• Knowledge of LEAN principals and Six Sigma methodology
• Excellent communication skills to be able to present update to Sr. Management
• Familiar with Automotive standards and requirements
