Qorvo’s Product Management Internships are offered in our High Performance Analog, Advanced Cellular, and Connectivity and Sensors business groups. Specific projects and responsibilities will be determined based on the business needs at the time of the internship assignment.

 

Responsibilities may include:

  • Defining and executing product experiments to:
    • Evaluate viable alternates for material supply
    • Identify and correct root cause for product failure
    • Improve or correct yield shortfalls
  • Coordinating and participating in material generation for both internal and customer communications to ensure our customer has the best experience possible, aligned with our product strategy 
  • Helping to resolve customer complaints of parametric and/or quality failures
  • Collaborating with Quality Engineering, Product Engineering and Operations management to ensure stable product supply 
  • Assisting in problem solving relative to natural barriers/hurdles that occur during these highly technical and intense product life cycles
  • Creating Process Change Notices (PCN) and Engineering Change Orders (ECO) 
  • Evaluating and implementing cost initiatives

 

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a BS or MS in Engineering; Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering preferred
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Must be a self-motivated and results-oriented team player with desire to continuously improve business and technical acumen
  • Strong engineering mindset combined with business sense
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills; confidently humble in approach
