Qorvo is looking for a student to work as a Product Engineer (PE) intern during the 2023 season. The student in this position will be involved in all aspects of PE day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate for this position will be a student studying Electrical Engineering with a focus on semiconductor and/or Radio Frequency (RF) theory. In this position the student will gain valuable experience in the field of RF and Digital / Analog semiconductor technology.  



  • Assist the PE team with data analysis of device performance on various semiconductor technologies.
  • Perform semiconductor wafer and packaged level yield analysis evaluations.
  • Assist the PE team with problem solving and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Learn how semiconductor testing is developed and then assist the PE team with test development activities.
  • Assist the PE team with reporting activities.



  • Currently enrolled in BSEE (Junior or Senior) or MSEE program.  
  • Prefer student with some semiconductor theory and / or RF circuit theory course work.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Self-Starter with good communication skills.
  • 3.0 GPA or Higher.
