Qorvo’s Product Engineering Internships are offered in our Advanced Cellular, and Connectivity and Sensors business groups. Specific projects and responsibilities will be determined based on the business needs at the time of the internship assignment.

 

Responsibilities may include:

  • Provide yield plans to meet company yield targets and lead improvement efforts
  • Conduct data analysis/mining/extraction utilizing statistical methods and related software tools
  • Ensure data accuracy through correlation between test platforms and maintains product history and documentation
  • Develop test plans for prototype and production electrical testing
  • Interface with Design, Fab, Test, Applications, Product Management, and Quality Engineering teams to support in the development of high yielding products and resolve manufacturing issues

 

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing BS MS, PhD in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Analog/RF circuit design course work and/or experience
  • Exposure to RF measurement equipment such as, spectrum analyzers and network analyzers preferred
  • Software Exposure: ADS, FEM, HFSS, Momentum, Cadence, Dynamic Link, Spotfire
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Detail oriented to ensure design and delivery of high yielding products
  • Self-Starter with strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex technical information
  • Exposure to JMP preferred
