Process Integration Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with our R&D team during the development and qualification of new technologies
• Supporting the production ramp of new Bulk Acoustic Wave technologies
• Assembling and leading cross-functional teams and Leading investigations and problem solving activities
• Performing complex data analyses and reporting summary results
• Defining and Supporting Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) & Electrical yield improvement
• Implementing Statistical Process Control (SPC) strategy and driving Cpk improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 or more years relevant work experience.
• Hands-on experience in at least one key semiconductor process area (etch, photolithography, CMP, PVD/CVD ...)
• Excellent teamwork, leadership and communication skills
• Capacity for working with minimal supervision in complex projects with considerable responsibility
• Strong working knowledge in characterization techniques (STEM, AFM, XRD ...)
• Experience in technical problem solving using data analytics and Design of Experiments (DOE)
• Programming, scripting experience a plus (e.g., MATLAB, R, python, perl, web tools, or similar)
