Summary
Qorvo is seeking a dynamic Software Product Manager (PM) to lead the development of software solutions powered by our advanced radio technologies. As the driving force behind turning concepts into impactful features, you will manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring that our software solutions deliver exceptional value to customers. A strong foundation in software development and program management will set you up for success in this role.
You will work with multiple teams, each guided by a Product Owner to build a Software Development Kit (SDK) for Qorvo's latest UWB radio boards, focused on enabling discovery, exploration and industrialization at our customers.
Responsibilities
As a Software Product Manager, your role is to guide the SW organization toward delivering maximum value efficiently within the scope of your product targets.
Following the SAFe 6.0 framework, you’ll collaborate with System Architects, Product Owners of various teams, QA leaders and the Solution level management team to ensure every development effort aligns with our business objectives.
- Build and Prioritize the Backlog: Define functional and non-functional requirements by creating Capabilities and Features in support of the Solution level roadmap and business objectives. Rank and prioritize the backlog to streamline time-to-market and maximize business value.
- Track Development: In tandem with the Release Train Engineer and Scrum Masters in each team, guide and support the organization to ensure timely and high-quality releases. You’re responsible for overseeing the scope, timelines, and overall quality of deliverables.
- Relentless Improvement: Use KPIs and performance tools to measure progress, and drive a culture of continuous improvement in Product Management and SW Development.
- Stakeholder Management: Depending on the phase of the product lifecycle, you will need to collaborate with the Solution Manager and Product Owners, the Solution Architect and System Architects as well as Marketing. For example, in the backlog refinement phase, you will need to coordinate with two or more teams via a Team Lead or Product Owner.
- Stakeholder Communication: Share project updates, potential challenges, and options with stakeholders to maintain transparency, empower your team, and enhance internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Product Roadmap Contribution: Collaborate with Solution Managers and other SW Product Managers by analyzing feedback from customers and stakeholders, helping shape a SW product roadmap that meets market and user needs.
Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience with the technology: A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in radio technologies such as UWB, BLE or WiFi, serving as a developer, tech lead, and/or product owner.

- Agile: Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, or LeSS).
- People, Business and Technical Leadership: Excellent organizational and leadership abilities, with strong communication skills in English (knowledge of French is a plus).
