RF CMOS SOI Design Engineering Manager (m/f/d)
Munich, Germany
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Hands-on design and development of integrated RF switches and LNAs for 4G/5G handset applications
- Support integration of switches and LNAs into multi-chip modules
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of RF design engineers
- Provide technical leadership in all phases of product development
- Encourage both technical and professional development, improve design flows and processes
- Work with key stakeholders on activities such as feasibility, roadmap and product definition
- Documentation and presentation of results
QUALIFICATIONS:
- MSEE or PhD in Electrical Engineering, minimum five years of related experience in RF Design
- Strong experience in RF switches and LNAs, multi-chip modules and RF front end design
- Proven leadership in RF product execution and design innovation
- Broad experience with CMOS (SOI) circuit design and EM design utilizing tools like Cadence, ADS, HFSS, etc.
- Experience with CMOS (SOI) technology
- Working knowledge of analog circuit design highly desirable
- Deep understanding of cellular RF systems and worldwide carriers is a plus
- Project management and talent management skills
- Good communication and presentation skills, be able to work independently
