RF Module Design Engineer Intern / Working Student (m/f/d)

This is a full-time Intern position with a duration of approximately six months and corresponding remuneration. Alternate part time models may be possible.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Simulation and design of high frequency components and modules for the 4G/5G mobile communication market
• Contribute to the integration of active components and acoustic filters into complex modules including 3D electromagnetic simulations
• Characterization of modules, design verification, production test support
• Documentation and presentation of results

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently enrolled in MS university program for Electrical Engineering
• Focus on microwave technology or semiconductor devices
• Hands-on mindset, knowledge of RF theory and measurements
• Experience with RF/Microwave simulation tools is a plus
• Very good English and preferably good German language skills
