Module Design Engineer

RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Responsible for module level design and integration of PAs, LNAs, switches and filters into highly compact multi-chip modules (MCM)
• Thorough understanding of ADS and EM tools such as HFSS and Momentum and how they apply to laminate based modules
• Conducting peer reviews of designs, including expected and/or actual results
• Writing regular updates on design/evaluation status
• Committed engineer able to execute to an aggressive schedule

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BSEE degree required; MSEE or PhD preferred
• 0-2 years of experience in Module design.
• Expert or high proficiency in ADS and HFSS or other EM tools
• Understanding of WiFi and Bluetooth protocols and frequency bands of operation
• Strong background in various linear and nonlinear simulation techniques and simulators
• Capable of refining simulation results to achieve excellent predictability with the goal of first pass success
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
