Mechanical Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing electro-mechanical designs from concept to fabrication backed by thorough engineering analysis
- Building test sockets and test fixtures as needed
- Participating in design reviews with hardware and product design teams
- Working with small hand tools to assemble various test fixture assemblies
- Using A3 process to find the root cause of issues and identify opportunities for improvement, implementing corrective actions
- Professional documentation and reporting
Qualifications:
- BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 0-5 years of working experience in semiconductor/electronics or similar preferred.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling with experience in SolidWorks, AutoCad, or equivalent
- Good understanding of geometric tolerancing and statistical analysis
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Self-Starter with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
