As a Sr. SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Business Systems Analyst, you will provide technical expertise on SuccessFactors and ECC system functionality, translating business requirements into system configurations and creating solution designs. You will perform hands-on configuration, testing, and issue resolution in the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module. Additionally, you will collaborate with the project team and stakeholders to ensure the quality and timely delivery of project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in business requirements discussions and provide technical expertise about SuccessFactors system functionality and capability.
• Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution designs in the SuccessFactors Employee Central and other modules.
• Complete hands-on configuration and unit testing of SuccessFactors system.
• Participate in system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and end-to-end testing.
• Identify and resolve any issues or gaps in the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, ECC HCM module.
• Collaborate with the project team and business stakeholders to ensure the quality and timeliness of project deliverables.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting and Finance or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in SuccessFactors and SAP ECC resolving issues related to configuration, integration, and data reconciliation.  
• Experience managing and resolving change requests and production support tickets from a diverse range of internal stakeholders.
• Experience working with Developers to deliver any change requirements needed by the business
• Experience working within HR systems for time management and payroll

Preferred Qualifications:

• A Masters degree in a relevant field
• Experience working within UKG strongly preferred
• An understanding of project management principles
