DUTIES: Design and development of highly integrated RF modules, including Radio Frequency Front-End (RFFE) modules, ensuring performance and reliability standards are met. This include working with or developing automated test solutions incorporating RF/mixed-signal test and measurement equipment to include completed RF encompassing the understanding and analysis of S-parameters and DC and RF related concepts; developing Automated Test Equipment (ATE) test plans for complex RF measurements utilizing C++/Java programming language; the usage of RF measurement equipment, including Vector Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Power Meters, and Digital Multimeters (DMM); power amplifier performance test measurement techniques/methodologies; LTE Advanced/ 5G measurements: ACLR, EVM, SEM, PAE, IMD, S-parameters, ESD Testing; and PCB layout techniques for optimum RF performance.  Also, responsibilities include the creation and implementation of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) test plans for complex RF measurements, focusing on accuracy and efficiency. Setup, optimization, and automation of test processes with continuous evaluation aimed at reducing test time and overall cost. Thoroughly review and interpret technical documentation, including schematics, datasheets, and test procedures, to support development and testing activities. Investigate new and innovative test solutions to enhance testing capabilities and improve overall process effectiveness. Hybrid work schedule permitted: 3 days in the office and 2 days work from home optional. 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:  Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field, and 5 years of work experience in the job offered or in a test engineer-related occupation and to involve: (1) demonstrated experience developing automated test solutions incorporating RF/mixed-signal test and measurement equipment to include completed RF encompassing the understanding and analysis of S-parameters and DC and RF related concepts; (2) developing Automated Test Equipment (ATE) test plans for complex RF measurements utilizing C++/Java programming language; (3) proficiency in the use of RF measurement equipment, including Vector Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Power Meters, and Digital Multimeters (DMM); (4) good understanding of power amplifier performance test measurement techniques/methodologies; (5) familiarity with LTE Advanced/ 5G measurements: ACLR, EVM, SEM, PAE, IMD, S-parameters, ESD Testing; and (6) familiarity with PCB layout techniques for optimum RF performance. Hybrid work schedule permitted: 3 days in the office and 2 days work from home optional.
