NATURALEZA DEL PUESTO:

Ejecución de tareas técnicas encaminadas a brindar soporte técnico en el área de producción, para lo cual es responsable de mantener un control efectivo sobre el proceso, asegurando la detección, análisis y corrección de posibles defectos y el enfoque del prototipo del proceso productivo, además de correr líneas de producción para algunos productos en específico.

RESPONSABILIDADES:

• Llevar un control efectivo sobre el proceso productivo, asegurando la detección, análisis y corrección de posibles defectos en las máquinas y el proceso productivo.

• Actuar como enlace inicial para la resolución de problemas de producción de manufactura.

• Verificar constantemente el correcto funcionamiento de los equipos de proceso, realizar ajustes de rutina y reparaciones menores de los equipos, y ocasionalmente, de equipos automáticos más complejos, para garantizar su correcto funcionamiento dentro de los parámetros normales del proceso, con posible supervisión cercana o ayuda de tecnicos nivel superior, así como mantener informado en todo momento al grupo de supervisores de producción y al ingeniero de procesos de cualquier anomalía detectada en el proceso de fabricación, para que mantengan una comunicación eficaz con los departamentos de Ingeniería de Procesos y Producción, del mismo modo, realizar modelo cambios y ajustes asociados a los equipos que lo requieran, de acuerdo a los requerimientos de producción, siempre en coordinación con los departamentos de producción e ingeniería de procesos.

• Coordinar, cuando se requiera, con los diferentes departamentos involucrados en el proceso de fabricación, para establecer mejoras, estudios o correcciones al proceso.

• Participar directamente en el sistema de registro de registros de equipos de proceso.

• Apoyo en el diseño de los cursos a impartir por el personal de ingeniería, así como en la formación del personal de planta, previamente asignado por el responsable de ingeniería.

• Participar junto a los ingenieros de proceso en el análisis de los problemas inherentes a los procesos y en el análisis de las medidas correctivas para formular procedimientos que aseguren la calidad del producto.

• Gestionar y aplicar nuevas técnicas de proceso y en la introducción de nuevos productos y proyectos de mejora a implementar en el proceso.

• Aplicar pruebas y experimentos para mejorar el proceso y/o minimizar sus fluctuaciones. Elaborar informes y gráficos de resultados para la toma de decisiones de ingeniería, así como la elaboración de informes que muestren los experimentos realizados y su análisis.

• Realizar otras tareas relacionadas con el tipo de puesto.

• Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos ambientales y de seguridad en su lugar de trabajo.

REQUISITOS:

• Técnico Medio egresado de un Colegio Técnico Vocacional o culminación de estudios de educación diversificada y cursos aprobados de una institución reconocida (INA, Instituto para la Universidad o equivalente) siempre que el programa de cursos de bloque completo tenga una duración de dos años. (Tecnología Electrónica, Electrotécnica, Electromecánica o similar, a evaluar por el departamento de Ingeniería de Procesos).

• Al menos 2 años de experiencia (deseable).

NATURE OF THE POSITION:

Execution of technical tasks aimed at providing technical support in the production area, for which it is responsible for maintaining effective control over the process, ensuring the detection, analysis, and correction of possible defects and the production process prototype foccus,in addition to running production lines for some specific products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Keep effective control over the production process, ensuring the detection, analysis, and correction of possible defects in the machines and the production process.

• Act as the initial liaison for the resolution of production manufacturing problems.

• Constantly verify the correct operation of the process equipment, make routine adjustments and minor repairs of the equipment, and occasionally, of more complex automatic equipment, to guarantee its correct operation within the normal parameters of the process, with possible close supervision or help from technicians. higher level, as well as keeping the group of production supervisors and the process engineer informed at all times of any anomaly detected in the manufacturing process, so that they maintain effective communication with the Process Engineering departments and Production, in the same way, make model changes and adjustments associated with the equipment that require it, according to production requirements, always in coordination with the production and process engineering departments.

• Coordinate, when required, with the different departments involved in the manufacturing process, to establish improvements, studies, or corrections to the process.

• Participate directly in the process equipment log registration system.

• Support in the design of the courses to be taught by the engineering personnel, as well as in the training of the plant personnel, previously assigned by the person in charge of engineering.

• Participate together with the process engineers in the analysis of the problems inherent to the processes and in the analysis of the corrective measures to formulate procedures that ensure product quality.

• Manage and apply new process techniques and in the introduction of new products and improvement projects to be implemented in the process.

• Apply tests and experiments to improve the process and / or minimize its fluctuations. Prepare reports and graphs of results for engineering decision making, as well as the preparation of reports showing the experiments carried out and their analysis.

• Carry out other tasks related to the type of position.

• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety procedures in your workplace.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Middle Technician graduated from a Vocational Technical College or completion of diversified education studies and approved courses from a recognized institution (INA, Institute for university or equivalent) provided that the full block course program lasts two years. (Electronic, Electrotechnical, Electromechanical or similar technology, to be evaluated by the Process Engineering department).

• At least 2 years of experience (desirable).
