Position: Product Quality Engineer

Location: Candidate must be willing to work in Bac Ninh, Bac Giang

Key Responsibilities

• ​Qualification Management: Develop and execute qualification plans for new projects to ensure compliance with reliability standards across diverse market segments and customer requirements. Drive timely project releases.
• ​Test Preparation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to procure qualification materials, including test samples, hardware, and test resources.
• ​Data Stewardship: Oversee integrity and accuracy of all product validation, characterization, and qualification data. Partner with engineering teams for data analysis and prepare comprehensive qualification reports.
• ​Failure Analysis Coordination: Work closely with the Failure Analysis (FA) team to diagnose defects identified during qualification testing.
• ​Quality Implementation: Enforce company-wide and Business Unit (BU) quality standards within the product line in Vietnam factories.
• ​Issue Resolution: Participate in troubleshooting for customer- or manufacturing-reported quality issues. Champion continuous improvement initiatives.

​Qualifications

• ​Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering.
• ​Experience: Minimum 2 years in semiconductor quality & reliability roles.
• ​Core Competencies:
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills for remote/global collaboration.
  • In-depth understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and QC methodologies.
  • Proficiency in failure modes analysis (FMEA) and relevant FA techniques.
  • Familiarity with JEDEC standards for product qualification.
  • Knowledge for power & RF products is a plus.
• ​Language Skills: Fluent English (written/spoken). Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
