SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Contractor/ Assistant to provide essential supports Qorvo VN in all HR-related duties.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruitment support: Assist with scheduling interviews & test, coordinating communication with candidates, maintaining applicant tracking system, conducting background/ reference check & summary.
- Onboarding support: Assist with new hire paperwork including collecting required documents and ensuring completion of onboarding checklists (personal information, bank accounts, dependents for PVI, cubicle, IT equipment, stationary etc.,).
- Employee data entry and documentation management: accurately input and update employee & dependent data (D.O.B, phone number, email address, position, ID card number, their children etc., salary is exclusive). And maintain organized and up-to-date physical employee files, ensuring compliance with provision.
- Benefit administration support: support the annual open enrollment process by collecting enrollment forms, and answering basic questions from employees, and ensuring completion of all enrollments.
- HR program & HR administration tasks: provide general support for career fair at universities, university’s conferences and career orientation at Qorvo office; assist with organizing employee engagement & well-being activities; assist with the coordination and logistics of training sessions including tracking attendance.
- Other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management/ Business Administration with at least 2 years or more experience in a similiar capacity
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and data protection
- Able to commit to a 6 months contract and may be subjected to extension
