Characterization Engineers are primary technical resource and responsible for core level validation/characterization of each new Qorvo’s Power Management products (ICs).

What you’ll be doing:

1. Collaborating with chip Design and Application team to develop test and characterization plan for new ICs.
2. Develop automated testing script for silicon bring up and characterization.
3. Conduct IC characterization, marginal testing against specifications.
4. Collect and analyze characterization data and generate reports.
5. Work closely with chip designers, production test, system HW and SW team to debug any issue during validation/characterization.

 QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

• Comprehensive experience with electrical systems and circuits.
• Experience in Electronics devices, components validation and testing (e.g., compliance, system level debug).
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent  in technical English is more than desirable..
• A precise attention to detail.
• Below qualifications that are preferred:

• • Background experience of NI/Agilent/Tektronix equipments and Oscilloscope.
  • Experience in scripting language such as Python, C/C++, LabView/LabWindow is a plus.
