Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities may include:

  • Work with our Global Planning, Logistics and Procurement teams to improve existing Business Processes using system tools like Appian, , Tableau, Power Apps/Automate, SAP, etc.
  • Analyze current business processes and work with Business Process owners to improve/automate steps using system tools/software solutions available in Qorvo. 
  • Work with our IT department and other cross-functional team members to define system requirements/changes to improve/enhance our business processes.
  • Design and Develop systems solutions using Appian, Monday.com, Power Apps or other tools to improve our workflow steps and scale our business processes.
  • Provide end-user training and testing support during the Business Process Change Management cycles.
  • Follow Project Management methodologies/documentation to deliver Business Process Changes successfully to our end users.

 

Qualifications: 

  • BS, or MS in Business, Supply Chain, Operations or related field
  • Two or more years of work experience in a Business Analyst role
  • SAP experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software e.g. Power BI, SQL, etc.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Adaptable and capable in working in a fast paced environment.
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines
  • Must have the ability to work and make decisions independently with minimal supervision
