Job Description / Accountabilities

• On-site engineering work at outsourcing 3 major factories based in Bac-Nihn & Bac-Jiang (Near Hanoi)
• Ensure all NPI and HVM builds execution timely per BU timeline aligned with Qorvo International team in Singapore
• Participate on-site to resolving all assembly and packaging related issues during NPI and HVM
• Manage and Drive OSAT to problem solve all customer related quality issues as Technical Owner, collaborating with Supplier Quality
• Drive process yield and CTQ Cpk to be the benchmark KPI
• Initiate and Implement Continuous process improvement and innovation Value Engineering projects
• Established DOE plans for Process Characterization and root cause of Problem-Solving working with OSAT partners
• Collaborate closely with Global Packaging to ensure OSAT execution of all onsite planned activities
• Report to manager Qorvo International in Singapore 

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years in semiconductor packaging or assembly engineering industry
• Good attitude, detail-orientated, proactive, quick learner and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proven strong interpersonal and communication skills with willingness to take accountability
• Proven strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, with DOE statistical analysis software skill an added advantage
• Ability to address internal and external customer complaints and multi-tasking
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive supplier performance
• Good communication skill with open minded to learn semiconductor area :  Bumping, DPS and Assembly process

Language Proficiency

• English fluency in addition to Vietnamese language
• Chinese fluency will be a plus
