Post-Silicon Characterization Engineers are the primary technical resources and are responsible for core-level validation/characterization of each new Qorvo Power Management product (ICs).

What you’ll be doing:

1. Collaborating with chip Design and Application team to develop test and characterization plans for new ICs.
2. Develop automated testing script for silicon bring-up and characterization.
3. Conduct IC characterization and marginal testing against specifications.
4. Collect and analyze characterization data and generate reports.
5. Work closely with chip designers, production test, system HW and SW team to debug any issue during validation/characterization.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Comprehensive experience with electrical systems and circuits.
• Experience in Electronics devices, components validation, and testing (e.g., compliance, system level debug).
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. And attention to detail.
• Below qualifications that are preferred:
  • Background experience with NI/Agilent/Tektronix equipment and Oscilloscope.
  • Experience in scripting languages such as Python, C/C++, and LabView/LabWindow is a plus.
  • English skills
