Qorvo Vietnam was established in 2004 and is an emerging leader in multi-billion-dollar power management and intelligent motor drive IC markets. The portfolio of analog and mixed-signal Systems on Chips provides scalable core platforms used in charging and powering embedded digital control systems for industrial, commercial and consumer applications. Their expertise in Power Application Controllers (PAC) and Programmable Analog ICs significantly reduce solution size and cost, improve system reliability and shorten system development cycle-time. The team, which consists of a young and vibrant workforce innovates and enables technology breakthroughs in the space of analog and mixed-signal integrated circuit design. 



Qorvo’s Programmable Power Management (PPM) team designs a broad range of analog power products which include Power Management Units (PMUs) for various applications such as Smartphones, notebooks, Solid State Drive, Digital Camera, IoT, wearable devices to battery management (linear and switching charger for different battery types) and high power DC-DC. PPM team also design PAC (Power Application Controller) which is an SoC (System on Chip) that focus on the high-efficiency motor controller for a wide range of application such as home appliances, white goods, power tools, garden tools, drones.

Digital Design Engineer works closely with analog design engineers to define the digital core of the PMUs, High power DC-DC and the SoC. Digital Design Engineer will do full flow design from concept to GDS including specification, architecture, RTL coding, RTL verification, synthesis, P&R, timing closure, DFT.



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering Electrical or Computer Science (CS)
  • Solid knowledge of analog and mixed-signal IC design fundamentals
  • Good problem solving and de-bugging skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in both Vietnamese and English (Read and Write)
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently during high pressure


  • Strong coding skill in Verilog/VHDL RTL and behavioral code, experience with System Verilog.
  • Experience with I2C, SPI protocol.
  • Familiar with Linux Environment (including shell scripting and linux gnu tools).
  • Scripting language experience a plus (Perl, Python, tcl, etc.)
  • Have successfully defined, developed, and implemented digital logic.
  • General knowledge in ASIC design methodology.
  • Experience with EDA tools for simulation and verification (VCS, Incisive).
  • Experience Synthesis, P&R, formal verification and static timing analysis.
  • Knowledge on Design for Test (DFT) concepts.
