ABOUT THE POSITION:

 

Qorvo’s Power Management team designs a broad range of products which include Power Management Units (PMUs) for various applications such as Smartphones, notebooks, Solid State Drive, Digital Camera, IoT and wearable devices to battery management (linear and switching chargers for different battery types) which is a System on Chip that focus on high-efficiency motor controller for a wide range of application such as home appliances, whitegoods, power tools, garden tools, drones.

 

Digital Design Engineer works closely with analog design engineers to define the digital core of the PMUs, High power DC-DC and the SoC. The Digital Design Engineer will do full-flow design from concept to GDS including specification, architecture, RTL coding, RTL verification, synthesis, P&R, timing closure, and DFT.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering Electrical or Computer Science (CS)
  • Solid knowledge of analog and mixed-signal IC design fundamentals
  • Good problem solving and de-bugging skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in both Vietnamese and English (Read and Write)
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently during high pressure

 

 

PREFERRED:

 

    • Strong Verilog/VHDL RTL and behavioral code skills, experience with System Verilog.
    • Experience with I2C, SPI protocol.
    • General knowledge of ASIC design methodology.
    • Familiar with Linux Environment (including shell scripting and Linux gnu tools).
    • Scripting language experience is a plus (TCL, Perl)
    • Have successfully defined, developed, and implemented digital logic.
    • Experience with EDA tools for simulation and verification (Xcelium).
    • Experience Synthesis, P&R, formal verification and static timing analysis.
    • Knowledge of Design for Test (DFT) concepts.
