About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will impact our candidate experience by providing direction as they embark on a new opportunity.
What You Will Do
As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will support it success by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support and project coordination throughout the recruiting and talent management process. Your focus areas will include:
- Own the HRIS/Applicant Tracking System processes: Creating job requisitions, posting positions on career sites, and generating and sending offer letters
- Coordinate candidate interview (phone, virtual, and/or face to face) details
- Partner with our immigration and relocation teams to provide candidate information
- Work with our shared services group to initiate new hire onboarding activities
- Provide a point-of-contact for candidates to help them seamlessly navigate the processes
- Run ad-hoc reports and handle special projects as needed
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of administrative and customer service experience; prior internship or work experience in HR is strongly preferred
