About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will impact our candidate experience by providing direction as they embark on a new opportunity.

 

What You Will Do

As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will support it success by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support and project coordination throughout the recruiting and talent management process. Your focus areas will include:

  • Own the HRIS/Applicant Tracking System processes: Creating job requisitions, posting positions on career sites, and generating and sending offer letters
  • Coordinate candidate interview (phone, virtual, and/or face to face) details
  • Partner with our immigration and relocation teams to provide candidate information
  • Work with our shared services group to initiate new hire onboarding activities
  • Provide a point-of-contact for candidates to help them seamlessly navigate the processes
  • Run ad-hoc reports and handle special projects as needed

 

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of administrative and customer service experience; prior internship or work experience in HR is strongly preferred

  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and committed to continuous process improvement
  • Possess excellent customer relations and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office skills and adapt easily to new systems/programs
