NOTE: Because this is a student internship, candidate must be a currently enrolled student in a degree-seeking accredited program.


This is a full-time Intern position located in Greensboro, NC. The position will be temporary in nature and last approximately 3-months, with the potential to work during the school year.

Qorvo is searching for an intern in Supplier Quality Engineering. This position will be full-time in the summer with a part-time opportunity the balance of the school year. As an SQE intern, you will be learning the SQE role and providing support to the SQE team. The SQE role requires close interactions with suppliers and internal customers. The SQE role at Qorvo involves the ability to manage rapidly changing priorities, collaborate across functional areas, effectively manage projects and suppliers, audit suppliers, read/interpret data and control charts. This specific position will be supporting an SQE with their day-to-day tasks and improving/developing Qorvo systems.



  • Support data analysis for supplier quality performance improvement plans
  • Learn how to plan for an audit of suppliers and how to successfully pass an audit
  • Learn how to manage suppliers to improve their quality management systems
  • Monitor supplier control charts and COA data for non-compliance or trends
  • Support special projects as needed


•     GPA:3.0 and above

•     Working toward BS or MS in Engineering

  • Interested in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Able to effectively manage multiple priorities and change
  • Aptitude and interest in leading external suppliers to improve their quality
  • Good understanding of statistical process control methods
  • Excellent communication skills
