DUTIES: Develop and manage integrated project schedules to include identifying key milestones, critical path activities, and dependencies across sub-projects. This also involved proactively executing risk mitigation strategies to ensure adherence to timeline, scope, and customer deliverables. Lead cross-functional project teams aligning engineering, manufacturing, and customer stakeholders toward common goals. This includes driving effective collaboration with the aim towards successful execution of product development phases within customer and business unit expectations. Own project communication and reporting which includes providing regular status updates to internal business units, strategic marketing, and customers. As needed, this also includes escalation/communication of misalignments or schedule risks to executive management alongside a proposal of corrective action plans. Champion continuous improvement through Lean principles by identifying process inefficiencies, promoting knowledge-sharing within the team, and fostering a culture of operational excellence and team learning to enhance future project execution. Ensure customer-centric project deliverables by maintaining focus on end-use requirements, preventing line-down situations at customer manufacturing sites, and resolving obstacles with agility and decisiveness to protect product quality, cost, and schedule integrity. Hybrid Work Permitted: 4 days in the office and 1 day may work from home optional and within reasonable commuting distance to the office.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field including Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, and 5 years of experience to involve: (1) defining program schedules for various elements which are part of RF Semiconductor modules (HB, TxDSM, LB, and UHB), from initiating point of translating customer requirements, design planning, and project milestones, including risk mitigation associated with supply chain constraints, budget overruns, customer driven changes and delays pertaining to design completion, wafer fabrication, etc.; (2) focus on continuous improvement through implementation of Lean initiatives to drive optimal material utilization, cost reduction, improving design to customer deliverable timeline; (3) strong cross functional leadership and executive “lead up” leadership with ability to execute quickly, addressing issues and obstacles to project completion in a decisive manner; (4) collaborating with cross-functional groups including various Design, Engineering and Planning functions within the company to maintain customer end focus and assure non-line down situations at customer manufacturing.
