DUTIES: Design, implementation and transistor level simulation of analog and mixed signal blocks and sub-systems. This specifically involves designing and verifying Analog and mixed signal circuit blocks to include at least 4 of the following: Amplifiers, Bandgaps, LDOs, Schmitt trigger, Charge pumps, Power ON reset; conducting/participating in design reviews and performing Bench level lab evaluation to characterize fabricated Integrated Circuits (ICs); familiarity with the Cadence suite design tools; floor planning and optimizing physical layout to meet area constraints and achieve high performance involving matching techniques and area reduction techniques. Additionally, responsibilities include working with circuit level IC physical layout design. Bench level lab verification. Create necessary design / product documentation and presentation of results by hosting design reviews. Behavioral modelling of circuits, understanding reliability and creating checks and asserts files. Hybrid Work Permitted: 4 days in the office and 1 day work from home optional within reasonable commuting distance from the office.

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 3 years of experience to involve: (1) designing and verifying Analog and mixed signal circuit blocks to include at least 4 of the following: Amplifiers, Bandgaps, LDOs, Schmitt trigger, Charge pumps, Power ON reset; (2) conducting/participating in design reviews and performing Bench level lab evaluation to characterize fabricated ICs. Further, 2 years of experience involve: (3) familiarity with the Cadence suite design tools. Finally, 1 year of experience to involve: (4) floor planning and optimizing physical layout to meet area constraints and achieve high performance involving matching techniques and area reduction techniques. Hybrid Work Permitted: 4 days in the office and 1 day work from home optional within reasonable commuting distance from the office.
