Qorvo’s Portfolio Management Internships are offered in our Advanced Cellular business group. Specific projects and responsibilities will be determined based on the business needs at the time of the internship assignment.

 

Responsibilities may include:

  • Support Program Managers (PMs) with Customer Program engagements
  • Collect data from multiple Qorvo sources then combine, analyze and investigate
  • Create and maintain metric reports using data management tools
  • Update Program and Project Management Documentation as needed to communicate data lead decisions to improve manufacturing communication and goal attainment.
  • Transcribe existing standardized work and assist in generating undocumented standardized work into Qorvo format
  • Support and/or Lead continuous improvement projects

 

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing BS MS, or PhD in computer science, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or mechanical engineering
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Analog/RF components course work and/or experience is helpful
  • Experience with statistical analysis and data processing tools such as Power BI and Spotfire
  • Knowledge of Lean concepts a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong Problem-solving skills, to quickly understand the landscape and build solutions
  • Detail oriented to ensure design and delivery of high yielding products
  • Self-Starter with strong writtenand verbal communication skillsto conveycomplex technical information

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $31.00/hr - $42.00/hr (subject to change dependent on physical location). Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Qorvo reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as external competitiveness and internal comparability. Base compensation is one element of Total Rewards offered at Qorvo. More information on the Total Rewards package can be shared upon request.
