As a Project Manager focused on tool installations and improvement projects, you'll oversee projects from planning to completion, ensuring tools are installed correctly and efficiently within cleanroom environments, adhering to industry standards and safety protocols. You will work with Contractors, Facilities, EHS, Manufacturing and Maintenance to focus on Continuous Improvement, Operational Efficiency/Cost Reduction, System Robustness and ITP (Interruption to Production) reduction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Management:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for tool installations within cleanroom environments.
- Manage project scope, resources, and schedule to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may arise during installation.
- Manage facilities infrastructure projects including system capacity review & expansion design, planning, and coordinating with stakeholders and supervising contractors.
- Tool Installation Oversight:
- Supervise and coordinate the installation of tools and equipment within cleanroom facilities.
- Ensure that installations adhere to industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure smooth and efficient installations.
- Cleanroom Compliance:
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the cleanroom.
- Ensure that all activities within the cleanroom adhere to relevant regulations and standards (e.g., ISO, FDA)
- Maintain accurate records of equipment installations and maintenance.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, including management, engineers, and clients.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure successful tool installations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors.
- Problem Solving:
- Identify and resolve issues that arise during tool installations.
- Propose and implement solutions to improve project efficiency and quality.
- Other:
- As needed may be required to respond and or be onsite for any after hours or weekend emergencies or issues requiring resolution.
Qualifications:
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, construction management or a related field.
- 8+ years relevant work experience.
- Relevant experience should include project management, particularly in cleanroom environments; tool installation and maintenance in cleanroom facilities.
- Skills:
- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Knowledge of cleanroom regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work with people that have varied levels of technical background
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with various types of cleanroom tools and equipment.
- Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Experience editing drawings using AutoCAD or similar software
