Summary:

As a Distribution Operations Analyst Intern, you will contribute to a world-class Distribution Operations team by supporting key business processes, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This internship offers hands-on experience in Channel Data Management (CDM) processes and an opportunity to develop problem-solving, strategic thinking, and project management skills. We are looking for an intern to work in office/hybrid/remote near our Greensboro, NC location

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing Channel Data & Revenue Management processes, including:
  • Monitoring and maintaining channel data accuracy and integrity.
  • Supporting inventory reconciliation and master data maintenance.
  • Identifying and resolving reporting discrepancies, ensuring effective communication of outcomes.
  • Processing and scrubbing Inventory and Point of Sale (POS) reports.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., sales, distributors, finance, and pricing teams) to ensure seamless operations.
• Participate in training sessions for internal and external users on CDM tools and business processes.
• Maintain and update work instructions and training documentation related to distribution operations.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SAP or Vistex is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Interest or experience in B2B channel sales, distribution processes, or technology sectors is preferred.
