About the Position
The CSS Mechanical Engineer will play a critical role on the Corporate Site Services team. They will work with Facilities, Manufacturing and Maintenance to focus on Continuous Improvement, Operational Efficiency/Cost Reduction, System Robustness and ITP (Interruption to Production) reduction.

What You Will Do

 Relying on your strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and process improvement skills, you will:

  • Manage facilities infrastructure projects including system capacity review & expansion design, planning, and coordinating with stakeholders and supervising contractors
  • Support HVAC process related projects and day-to-day operations including the design of HVAC, process piping, and design of special utilities as required to support production tools and/or laboratory equipment
  • Improve reliability and efficiency of Facilities systems such as Boilers, Chillers, Cooling Towers, HVAC, Process Cooling Water, PVAC, Exhaust, CDA, etc.
  • Manage facilities mechanical system specifications.
  • Identify and manage cost savings/energy savings projects.



What You Will Need

  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering required
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Previous exposure to industrial design, maintenance/operation of facility systems and basic. project management experience
  • Experience with semiconductor wafer fabrication sites preferred
  • Experience editing drawings using AutoCAD 2018 or Revit
  • Ability to demonstrate troubleshooting skills
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with people that have varied levels of technical background
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Access database a plus
